Psychometric Testing
Personality is a vital criterion of many searches but the conventional recruitment
process sheds little light on a candidate's real nature. This is why in
addition to the usual recruitment techniques we employ a qualified behavioural
consultant who is able to assess likely workplace behaviour. Our preferred tool, the Thomas International Personal Profiling system, is fully accredited by the British Psychological Society. It consists of an online questionnaire and software that assesses the 100,000,000 possible combinations of answers against our client's stated needs.
