• The initial research report is presented within 15 days of instruction

• Selected candidates will be approached within the next 20 days

• Clients then meet our recommended candidates. If required, we conduct psychometric analysis and manage the interview process closely, counselling both sides so that it rarely takes more than eight weeks and often as few as six to reach an agreement.

• As can be seen, our management of the process generally allows the client to make an offer to their chosen candidate within 3 months of our initial mandate.

Fifteen years experience in legal recruitment is invaluable in ensuring the smooth running of this process. We've encountered most of the problems that present themselves and if we don't see them coming, we certainly nip them in the bud.
