When headhunting, we recognise that success is founded on two core elements: quality research and a tightly managed process. Research is the bedrock of any search but without management and momentum, the search will fail. Our wealth of knowledge and experience allows us to manage the search in a way that strikes a winning balance between speed and attention to detail.

Quality Research
We produce a detailed profile for each potential recruit which covers education, career history, specific experience, ambitions, attributes, personality and past or current client base. The product of our research process is a list of around fifteen potential candidates which also highlights why we consider them particularly suited to the role.

Managed Process
Our process is designed to keep up all-important momentum and is governed by a strict timetable followed by both SSG Legal and the client.
